Greenwood moved a step closer to a possible league championship in their penultimate league match of the season. In terrible conditions chances were at a premium. Greenwood went ahead in the 45th min when a Ross McSweeney cross was turned into the net by a defender under pressure. A second goal killed the tie off when Ross McSweeney cooly finished after a great through ball.
